We are committed to fulfilling our social responsibilities in the course of our business operations as we conduct procurement and purchasing activities in cooperation with suppliers and other partners. The Soken Group Purchasing Policy outlines key principles that we expect both our employees and suppliers to understand and implement. Our aim is to enhance corporate value for both our suppliers and our entire group by promoting initiatives based on an understanding of the intent of this policy.
Equity
We conduct honest and fair evaluations when selecting both domestic and overseas suppliers, regardless of their past track record. Our assessments consider various factors such as quality, price, delivery time, service, and management stability.
Regulatory Compliance
For the Soken Group to comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and social norms and continue to provide products that contribute to society, we also require our product and service suppliers to comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

Environmental Friendliness
In accordance with the Soken Green Procurement and Quality Assurance Guideline, we will practice purchasing products with reduced environmental impact in order to preserve the global ecosystem, and we will request compliance with this guideline from our suppliers.
Green Procurement
To prevent environmental pollution caused by chemical substances in raw materials, we have identified substances that must be controlled under the Soken Green Procurement Guidelines and managed accordingly.
Under these guidelines, controlled substances refer to the chemical substances that, in our company's view, necessitate particular management based on domestic and international laws and regulations, social conditions, and substances designated by customers.
Stable Procurement and Safety Assurance of Raw Materials
The quality of raw materials and auxiliary materials from our suppliers can significantly impact the quality of our products. Therefore, in order to deliver safe and reliable products, the Soken Group adheres to the Purchasing Policy in our procurement activities. Whenever we begin a new business relationship, we conduct assessments that include management conditions, quality surveys, and compliance with green guidelines, among other measures, to ensure that our suppliers meet our group's standards in their management of raw materials. Furthermore, we also conduct assessments of our existing suppliers once a year.
It is now imperative that we fulfill our social obligations across the entire supply chain, and going forward, we will continue to work more closely with our suppliers to improve quality.
