Our Basic Approach to Professional Development

We also prepare yearly goal-setting worksheets to clarify each individual's work objectives. Performance reviews are conducted three times a year, where employees share work goals and supervisors deliver constructive feedback on their accomplishments.

Mentorships

Our mentoring program helps new employees quickly develop their professional communication skills and enhance performance. These mentorships go beyond traditional on-the-job training and facilitate the seamless onboarding of new team members. Senior employees are assigned as mentors to offer guidance and counsel to new employees during their first year in the workforce.
