Ningbo Daxie Soken is a group company of Soken. Founded in 1994 in Ningbo, China, Ningbo Daxie Soken has been a leading player in the rapid development of China's adhesive industry for many years.
Since its inception, Ningbo Daxie Soken was home to China's first coating line with class 1000 cleanroom conditions. Through its coating services, the company meets customer needs by providing innovative technology, high-quality products, and superior service.
Technological Capabilities
The Research and Development Center at Ningbo Daxie Soken has sold more than 1,000 products to date.
Ningbo Daxie Soken differentiates itself through active patent filings and has a wide range of high-performance products including products that feature optical transparency, shatter resistance, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, flame resistance, corrosion resistance, and consideration for the environment. These products have been used extensively in a variety of applications and industries, including mobile devices, optical displays, touch panels, automobiles, home appliances, medical, construction, and residential environments.

Coating Service Facilities
With a total investment of US$18.5 million, Ningbo Daxie Soken’s facilities cover an area of 50,000 m2. The facility has implemented various types of production environments, ranging from general coating production lines to class 1000 cleanrooms. From raw material to finished product, Ningbo Daxie Soken meets customer needs with a streamlined manufacturing process.

Certifications
ISO 9001 specifies requirements for establishing and operating a quality management system. It puts in place processes to ensure that an organization meets customer needs and maintains the quality of its products and services.
In addition to providing a framework for a quality management system, ISO 9001:2015 specifies a set of requirements, including setting quality objectives, developing sound plans, process monitoring, quality improvement, internal auditing, and implementing an adequate documentation control system.
Ningbo Soken obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in January 2020 and continues to maintain the quality of its products and services.
Developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), IATF 16949 certification is an international standard for quality management systems in the automotive industry.
IATF 16949:2016 is based on a process-oriented approach that promotes risk-based thinking. It specifies a wide range of requirements, including meeting customer requirements, supply chain quality control, product safety, and compliance with legal requirements.
Ningbo Daxie Soken obtained IATF 16949:2016 certification in July 2020 and continues to maintain a quality management system.
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It is intended to help organizations reduce their environmental impact and demonstrate their commitment to the environment.
ISO 14001:2015 covers numerous environmental requirements, including compliance with relevant legal requirements, implementing efforts to minimize environmental impact, and continual improvement for setting and achieving environmental objectives.
Ningbo Daxie Soken obtained ISO 14001:2015 in January 2019 and continues to manage its environmental management system.
ISO 45001 is an internationally recognized standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. It aims to help organizations assess OH&S risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure health and safety in the workplace.
ISO 45001:2018 specifies a set of requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, including compliance with legal requirements for occupational health and safety, conducting occupational health and safety risk assessments, implementing preventive measures and emergency response planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
Ningbo Daxie Soken obtained ISO 45001:2018 in January 2021 and continues to maintain an occupational health and safety management system.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) is a set of regulations in the European Union that restricts the use of hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products.
The RoHS Directive is a legislative act adopted in the European Union to address the recycling of electrical and electronic components. Together with the Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, it aims to reduce the environmental impact of electrical and electronic equipment waste.
The RoHS Directive applies to various components and materials of electrical and electronic products, requiring manufacturers to measure the amount of hazardous substances in their products and take the necessary measures to comply with the RoHS regulations.
Ningbo Daxie Soken's products for electrical and electronic applications are regularly tested for RoHS compliance to reduce environmental impact.

In order to comply with VOC control regulations, manufacturers are required to detail the components and amounts used in their products, measure VOC levels, and adhere to regulatory limits.

Soken Chemical Asia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soken Chemical. It was established in Thailand in 2008 and has established manufacturing and sales networks not only in Thailand, but also throughout Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
Technological Capabilities
Soken Chemical Asia combine Soken Chemical’s adhesive design technologies and adhesive tape processing technologies to produce high-quality products.
It integrates the latest technologies from Japan into its product development and provides technical support to customers.
Localization Policy
Based on the policy of local production for local consumption, Soken Chemical Asia can provide products, services, and quality in accordance with Japanese technical standards locally. We also conduct regular quality inspections and factory audits on raw material suppliers.
With a manufacturing base in Thailand and product stocks in Vietnam and Indonesia, Soken Chemical Asia sells products in countries throughout Southeast Asia.
