MP series | Non-Crosslinked Acrylic Particles
Product Description
The Chemisnow™ MP Series, developed using our proprietary polymerization technology, consists of acrylic particles with a mean particle diameter of 0.15 to 0.4 μm. It is monodispersed in type, with homogeneous particle size, and submicron size can be controlled if wished. Due to the electrostatic charge control effects of the particles, it has been used for many years as an additive in toners for multifunction devices, and has also been applied to cosmetics that require high levels of purification.
Features
- Acrylic particles with narrow particle size distribution
- Particle size can be controlled within the range of 0.15 to 0.4 μm
- Smaller mean particle size than the other series
- Spherical
- Low specific gravity compared to inorganic particles
- Improved fluidity and cleanability
- Improved makeup spreading
Principal Applications
- Toners for multifunction devices (cleanability-improving agent, electrostatic charge control agent)
- Foundations and other cosmetics
- Pore-forming materials
